Soldiers have used bipods on weapons such as machine guns and rifles before WWII. Today, modern warfare still calls for bipods used the same way, especially for sniper rifles. Many airsoft weapons, too, inherited this combat doctrine.
Some of Well’s L96 Style Bolt Action Rifles like this one come with a bipod for increased accuracy while shooting. Without one, players may have to cradle the rifle with their other arm, leading to fatigue and decreased accuracy.
Combined with an adjustable stock and precise duplex reticle scope, this weapon is fully capable of taking out enemies from long distances. Stability is what leads to precise sniper shots.
This rifle also has a fluted barrel, which has more functional on a real firearm. Airsoft weapons don’t need to wait for a barrel to cool off; the fluted barrel design is primarily aesthetic.
